Our Team

Andrew is a Marine Corps veteran and earned his bachelor's degree in Construction Science Management from Kansas State University in 2020. Andrew spent several years in project management and estimation positions before opening Monkey Feet Daycare. After spending time serving with the youth ministry at his church, he decided to take his career in a different direction and spend his days doing what he loves - laughing with and teaching young children.

Rebecca Donovan earned her master's degree at Kansas State University in 2020 and is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, specializing in the treatment of trauma with teenagers and adults. Rebecca splits her time between working at Monkey Feet Daycare with her family and seeing clients at Andrews & Associates Counseling. Rebecca is passionate about developing healthy self-esteem, strong social-emotional skills, and resilience with her clients and the children at Monkey Feet Daycare.
